What services and products do you offer at Mellon Traditional Spa?
We offer a variety of traditional and modern spa treatments, including Moroccan Hammam, Sudanese Body Scrubs, Halawa Sugar Waxing, Massages, Henna Designs, Manicures & Pedicures, Hair Salon Services, and Farm-to-Skin Products. We also offer African bespoke products such as Incense for the home and Khumrah Parfum for the body.
How do I book an appointment?

Do you offer walk-in services?
We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability. However, walk-ins are welcome if there is space, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
What are your operating hours?
Mellon Traditional Spa is open daily from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Sunday).
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer gift cards for any of our services or products. Please inquire at the front desk or contact us via phone/email for more information.
Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Yes, cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
What should I wear to the spa?
For most treatments, you will be provided with appropriate attire, such as a robe or towel. For specific services like massages or body scrubs, you will be guided on how to prepare.
Do you offer international bookings or services?
Yes, we welcome international clients. You can book an appointment online via our booking system, and we will assist with any inquiries.You can also buy our products online.
Are your products safe for all skin types?
We use high-quality, natural products in our treatments. However, we recommend informing us of any allergies or skin sensitivities before your appointment. If in doubt, we can perform a patch test on your skin.
Do you have parking available?
Yes, we have designated parking for clients at our spa location.
Is Mellon Traditional Spa a cashless establishment?
Yes, we are a cashless spa. We only accept payments via credit/debit cards, mobile payments, and online payment systems like Paystack.
