Terms & Conditions for Mellon Traditional Spa, Abuja

General Information

These terms and conditions govern the use of services provided by Mellon Traditional Spa, located at No. 5 Tillaberry Close, Off Kumasi Crescent, Wuse 2, Abuja, Federal Capital Territory, Nigeria.
By booking an appointment, purchasing products, or using our services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Booking & Cancellations

All appointments should be booked in advance either via phone, email, or through our online booking platform.
A 24-hour notice is required for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% charge of the service fee.
No-shows will be charged the full price of the service.

Payment

Mellon Traditional Spa is a cashless establishment. We accept payments via credit/debit cards, mobile payments, and Paystack for online transactions.
If a payment is not processed successfully, the booking may be cancelled.

Health & Safety

Clients must inform the spa of any health conditions or allergies that may affect their treatment.
Mellon Traditional Spa reserves the right to refuse service to clients who appear unwell or are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Product Purchases

Products purchased in the spa or online are non-refundable, unless faulty.
Please ensure the product is suitable for your skin type before purchase. If you experience any allergic reactions, please seek medical advice.

Liability

Mellon Traditional Spa is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the use of our services, except where it is directly caused by our negligence.

Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information is kept confidential and is used solely for providing services and processing payments. We do not share your data with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

Mellon Traditional Spa reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated through our website and/or social media channels.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
